当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第24期 编号：12587642 老年房颤并发脑梗塞患者的临床分析 http://www.100md.com 2015年8月25日 2015年第24期 老年患者,心房颤动   摘 要：目的：探讨老年房颤患者并发脑梗塞的临床特征及危险因素，以指导临床防治。方法：通过对内蒙古乌拉特前旗人民医院于2012年1月～2014年12月期间诊治的老年脑梗塞患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：房颤组脑梗塞患者较非房颤组脑梗塞患者的神经功能障碍发病率高；且容易出现肺部感染、消化道出血、高热、反应性高血糖等病症；一个月内，房颤病例组脑梗塞患者较非房颤对照组脑梗塞患者的死亡率高。结论：房颤是老年人脑梗塞发生的危险因素，一旦发现，应积极治疗房颤的原发病因，从而控制房颤发作。
