摘要：目的：总结急性重症胰腺炎的内科综合治疗经验，为急性重症胰腺的诊断奠定经验基础。方法：采用回顾性分析法对54例急性重症胰腺炎患者的诊断治疗经验。结果：患者经内科综合治疗后痊愈49例(90.7%)、死亡2例(3.7%)、拒绝治疗3例(5.6%)。结论：急性重症胰腺炎病情发展迅速、具有高死亡、高并发症的特点，采用内科综合治疗效果显著，注重病患的监护工作、抑制胰腺分泌、早期使用光谱抗生素、营养治疗、腹腔灌洗、中西医结合治疗等。
