摘要：目的： 刍议特殊剂量肿瘤化疗药物集中冲配的管理，以防在配置的过程中造成环境的污染和人员的伤害。方法： 建立化疗药物集中配置室，工作前对配置人员岗前培训，建立与健全各项规章制度，实施配置间与防护设备安全管理，规范化疗药物配置操作、残余药液及废弃物的处理。结果： 化疗药物集中配置1 年来，未发生1 例与化疗药物相关的职业伤害及环境污染，与化疗药物配置相关的差错率有明显降低。结论： 化疗药物集中配置与安全管理不仅保护了护理人员的健康，而且能够避免了环境污染，同时也提高了化疗药物的配置质量，保证患者的用药安全。
