摘要：目的：探讨射频消融治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果；方法：对子宫出血多，血常规检查血红蛋白低于80g/l的42名功血患者采用在B超引导进行射频消融治疗，观察其疗效及术中、术后反应情况。结果：射频消融治疗功能失调性子宫出血治疗效果较好，42例患者均有不同程度的腹痛、腰坠胀、胸闷、脉搏缓慢、面色苍白、出冷汗等症状，经对症处理好转。4例术中出现轻度恶心、呕吐。结论：射频消融治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效高、费用低、无明显并发症，对于需要保留子宫的患者更适合。
