当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第20期 编号：12593743 胸腺癌CT影像学征象判别的研究 http://www.100md.com 2015年7月15日 2015年第20期 体层摄影术,X线计算机,CT诊断   摘要： 目的： 研究胸腺癌(C型胸腺瘤)在CT影像学征象上的表现，提高放射科及临床医生对胸腺癌的在影像学征象上的判别。方法： 搜集2009年至2014年经手术切除并病理确诊的胸腺癌12例并对其CT图像进行回顾性分析研究。结果： 胸腺癌多发生于前纵隔左侧，且多伴有分叶、瘤内可出现坏死、大血管及心包常受累、纵隔淋巴结及远处转移多见；结论： 胸腺癌是恶性程度高、术前不易诊断且较少见、影像征象不易判别的胸腺肿瘤。
