摘 要：目的：分析B超应用于肥厚性幽门狭窄诊断的意义。方法：选取2009年12月～2014年12月我院收治的42例疑似肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿进行B超检查，对幽门形态结构进行观察，同时对门管长径以及直径、幽门肌厚度进行测量，与手术结果相对比分析。结果：对患儿各经线进行超声检查测量，均符合肥厚性幽门狭窄的标准，对比手术前的B超检查结果以及手术结果，差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对于幽门肥厚性狭窄患儿借助B超诊断，准确性较高，是诊断肥厚性幽门狭窄的有效途径。
