当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第20期 编号：12593956 脑出血患者肺部感染的病因分析及护理对策(1) http://www.100md.com 2015年7月15日 2015年第20期 脑出血患者肺部感染的病因分析及护理对策,ICU,出血性卒中,支气管灌洗   摘要： 目的： 探讨ICU出血性卒中患者并发肺部感染采取支气管灌洗治疗的效果。方法：对我院2009年8月至2011年8月入住ICU治疗的54例出血性卒中并发肺部感染患者进行病原学及支气管灌洗治疗的回顾性分析。结果： 出血性卒中并发肺部感染54例，以真菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌为主。其中28例气管切开患者，16例进行内科治疗+支气管灌洗治疗，12例仅内科治疗。结论： ICU出血性卒中患者肺部感染病原学以葡萄球菌为主，早期进行支气管灌洗治疗安全有效，且无严重并发症。
