摘要：目的：观察微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛(HFS)的疗效。方法： 以我院2012年1月～2014年3月收治的100例HFS患者为研究对象，其中≥65岁者65例，为老年组，0.05)。结论： 微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛疗效明确，并发症少，且基本不受患者年龄局限。

 Abstract： Objective To observe the curative effect of microvascular decompression (MVD) on the treatment of hemifacial spasm (HFS). Methods 100 cases of patients with HFS admitted into the hospital from January 2012 to March2014 were selected as the research objects among which there were 65 patients more than 65 years old as the elderly group while 35 cases less than 65 years old as the young group.
