当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第17期 编号：12599086 结核性脑膜炎患者抗结核治疗致药物性肝炎临床分析 http://www.100md.com 2015年6月15日 2015年第17期 联合治疗,肝功能   摘要：目的：分析和总结结核性脑膜炎患者抗结核治疗致药物性肝炎的发病规律和临床特点。方法：对75例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结抗结核治疗致药物性肝炎发生情况。结果：治疗期间有24例出现药物性肝炎，发生率为32.0%，调整抗结核方案后，有23例肝功能恢复正常，治愈率为95.8%。结论：在结核性脑膜炎治疗过程中应重视抗结核治疗致药物性肝炎的发生情况，及早调整治疗方案，能够促使肝功能恢复正常。
