摘要：胃瘫是胃癌术后常见并发症之一，它属于功能性，无机械性梗阻。临床表现为腹胀，恶心，呕吐等。目前发病机制未明确，现在普遍认为是多因素引起。本文通过其发病机制，诊断，治疗对胃瘫作简要阐述。
