儿童外中耳畸形的HRCT诊断

摘要：目的：研究儿童外中耳畸形的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现，为临床诊断和治疗提供准确信息。方法：对临床诊断的外中耳畸形54例(66耳)行HRCT扫描、观察。结果：64耳骨性外耳道闭锁或狭窄；59耳鼓室狭小或闭锁；54耳听骨链发育畸形或缺如；4耳内耳畸形。结论：HRCT能准确显示外中耳畸形的类型、程度，为临床治疗提供重要的参考依据。
