当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第11期 编号：12609561 钩状钢板在老年外踝远端骨折固定中的应用 http://www.100md.com 2015年4月15日 2015年第11期 踝关节骨折,内固定   摘要： 目的：探讨钩状钢板在老年外踝远端骨折固定中的应用及临床效果。 方法：回顾2013年6月-2014年1月期间，我科收治的老年外踝远端骨折28例，其中观察组应用外踝钩状钢板11例，对照组应用解剖钢板14例，分别从手术时间、术中出血及术后Kofoed评分进行对比分析。结果：观察组手术时间30.2±11.3min，术中出血10.0±3.5ml，Kofoed评分优良率90.9%;观察组手术时间63.5±13.2min，术中出血35.4±5.1ml，Kofoed评分优良率82.3%。结论：与普通解剖钢板相比，外踝钩状钢板有手术时间短、出血少的优势;同时，观察组在术后踝关节功能方面较对照组也具有明显的优势。
