摘要：目的： 探讨卵巢肿块彩色多谱勒超声诊断价值及误诊原因分析。方法 对176例超声检查及手术证实为卵巢肿块的患者进行超声图像回顾及误诊原因分析。结果：176例患者经手术及病理证实，术前超声诊断176例，误诊5例，误诊率3%。结论：病灶结构复杂多样是导致卵巢肿块误诊的主要原因，超声鉴别肿块性质应密切结合临床资料， 以减少误诊 .

 Abstract：Objective To analyse the misdiagnosed reasons in 176 cases of ovarian mass by ultrasound . Methods Ultrasound misdiagnosed features in 176 cases of ovarian mass were analyzed retrospectively. According to the results from their operation and pathology the misdiagnosed reasons of ovarian mass by ultrasound were discussed. Misdiagnosis happened in medical history and possible etiology.

 Conclusion Ultrasound examination and diagnosis of ovarian mass should be closely combined with clinical information to reduce misdiagnosed cases .
