摘要：目的：观察人参提取物Rb1成分对增生性瘢痕的作用。方法：选取十分成熟的兔耳增生性瘢痕模型，每只耳朵做3处增生性瘢痕，每个瘢痕做不同处理：空白对照组(a)，生理盐水注射组(b)，人参提取物组(c )。测定Masson染色，胶原含量，免疫组织化学上相关胶原Ⅰ型蛋白表达。结果：人参Rb1组瘢痕增生程度轻、胶原含量下降、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白表达低。结论：Rb1可以抑制增生性瘢痕的发展。
