摘要：目的：提示磁共振技术员在3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像要优先选择右肘静脉注射造影剂。方法：随机抽取本院3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像200例，从左肘静脉和右肘静脉注射造影剂各100例对照研究。结果：右肘静脉注射者未见造影剂明显分流，引起椎动脉图像质量降低和影响椎动脉的临床诊断。左肘静脉注射者有9例出现严重的造影剂从头颈部静脉分流，而严重降低椎动脉图像质量和影响椎动脉的临床诊断。结论：3D CE—MRA椎动脉成像时优先选择右肘静脉注射造影剂。
