当前位置: 首页 期刊 《延边医学》 2015年第7期 编号：12615362 靶控输注临床应用初步体会 http://www.100md.com 2015年3月5日 2015年第7期 TCI,基层医院,全麻   摘要：近年来靶控输注技术(TCI)已经在临床中得到广泛应用 ，因其操作控制性强、操作简单准确[1]，在基层医院也逐渐得到推广应用。由于基层医院相应的设备、设施和人员的缺乏，TCI在临床上应用存在一定的限制。本院自2013年8月以来，应用TCI做全麻手术近200例，积累了一些经验，最大限度地发挥TCI的优势，力求全麻过程更安全、有效、易于控制。

 Abstract： Target controlled infusion (TCI) technology in recent years has been widely used in clinical， because of its strong operation control， simply and accurately operation [1]， also gradually is widely used in basic-level hospitals.
