摘要：随着社会的发展人们对医疗卫生事业的要求越来越高，因此医院迫切需要高素质人才。医学硕士研究生教育担负着为国家培养高素质医学人才这一重任。如何提高医学硕士研究生素质教育，是教学管理的重要内容之一，我们将 PDCA循环法应用于我校医学硕士研究生素质教育中，通过发现问题、计划、实施、检查，处理，不断发现新问题、修订计划、再实施、检查，再处理，循环往复，不断规范教育管理行为，提高我校医学硕士研究生素质。
