摘要：霍乱弧菌是导致烈性肠道传染病霍乱的重要病原菌，世界历史上曾经发生过7次霍乱大流行。快速、准确的检测霍乱弧菌并迅速控制传染源是预防、控制霍乱的重要方法。在追溯传染源和调查传播途径时往往要对霍乱弧菌进行分型分析。随着技术的发展，传统的血清学和生物分型方法已不能完全满足现在的流行病学调查需要，分子分型方法成为技术发展的方向和必然选择。本文介绍了霍乱弧菌常见的分子分型技术的研究进展和应用情况，为霍乱的防控提供参考。
