摘要：目 的：探讨妊娠合并肾积水的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法： 回顾性分析 2008年1月--2014年6月确诊的11例妊娠合并肾积水患者的临床资料。其中8例为妊娠合并尿路结石(其中3例伴泌尿系感染)，3例为未合并尿路结石。结果：11例中， 2例无症状发病，7例经观察和保守治疗症状缓解并至妊娠晚期成功分娩，1例予局麻下行患侧留置双J管至成功分娩，1例因个人原因于孕中期行中期引产后转至泌尿外科继续治疗。结论：妊娠合并肾积水诊断明确后其治疗要因具体情况而定，选择适合的治疗方法及时机十分重要。

 Abstract： Objective：To evaluate the pathogenisis and effective therapentic manners for hydronephrosis during pregnancy.Methods：11 pregnant women with hydronephrosis were reviewed from January 2008 to June 2014.Among the 11 cases，8 cases were pregnancy with urinary stones，3 cases were pregnancy without urinary stones.Results：Renal colic was relieved and hydronephrosis was improved in all the pregnant women.10 cases were delivered of healthy babies after safe perinatal period.1 case terminated the pregnancy voluntarily for personal reason.Conclusions：The treatment should to be in specific circumstances after pregnancy with diagnosis of hydronephrosis clear.Select a suitable treatment metrod and timing is very important.
