摘要: RNA干扰(RNAi)是双链RNA(double-stranded RNA，dsRNA)分子，能高效、特异阻断靶基因，使细胞表现出转录后水平的基因沉默(post transcriptional gene silencing，PTGS)。笔者对RNAi的发现、作用机制、应用和发展前景进行了探讨。
