  徐宇红作者简介：徐宇红(1968-)，女，江苏常州人，2003年毕业于南京医科大学护理专业，本科学历，现任南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院心内科护士长、主管护师，主要从事心血管病护理研究。

 摘要：目的：探讨导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗器质性心脏病合并快速心律失常的并发症的原因及护理对策。方法：对35例器质性心脏病合并快速心律失常病因包括心动过速性心肌病、高血压性心脏病、冠心病、扩张型心肌病、慢性阻塞性肺气肿的患者，通过术前做好心脏扇超、心电图、食道调搏等辅助检查,改善心功能状态，采用个体化方案进行射频消融术，并对术后出现出血、血肿、静脉血栓形成、发热、胸闷、心悸等并发症分析了其产生的原因,并提出了相应的护理对策。结果：35例患者消融成功，其中2例复发,再次手术后成功，发生各种并发症14例。结论：器质性心脏病行RFCA治疗仍然是安全有效的，护士的正确干预，可防止或减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。

 Cause analysis and nursing on heart disease complicated with arrhymia after RFCA/XU Yuhong//The Affiliated Second Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,Changzhou 213003,China

 Abstract:Objective:To explore the cause and nursing method on heart disease complicated with arrhymia after RFCA.Methods:35 cases of heart disease complicated with arrhymia were studied.The heart diseases included cardiomyopathy,heart disease of hypertension,coronary heart disease and so on.Before the operation,the ultrasound and electrocardiogram were detectd.The bleeding,haematoma,vein thrombosis and fever were recorded and analyzed after RFCA.Results:35 cases were succeed in RFCA with two cases relapsed.The complications were found in 14 cases.conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat heart disease complicated with arrhymia by RFCA.The correct intervention of nurse can prevent or reduce the postoperative complications and improve the success rate of operation.
