摘要：目的 对探讨胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病治疗中的应用效果进行观察、总结和分析。方法 以我院于2015年9月～2016年12月接收的116例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各58例。其中对照组患者采用常规的皮下给药注射胰岛素治疗，而观察组患者则应用胰岛素泵持续泵注给药。治疗前后记录并对比两组患者各时间段的血糖水平。结果 治疗前，两组患者的各时段血糖水平对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)，治疗后观察组患者的清晨空腹血糖值、早餐后2 h血糖值、晚餐后2 h血糖值和夜间血糖值均明显低于对照组患者，且差异具有统计学意义(P, http://www.100md.com
Application of Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus，and to summarize and analyze the effect of insulin pump.Methods In our hospital in September 2015～December 2016 received 116 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object， randomly divided into observation group and control group，each of 58 cases.The control group was treated with conventional subcutaneous injection of insulin therapy，while the patients in the observation group was using insulin pump continuous infusion administration.Blood glucose level records and each time period were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment，there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with blood glucose(P>0.05)，after treatment，the observation group of patients with fasting blood glucose，blood glucose 2 h after breakfast，after dinner 2 h blood glucose and glucose overnight values were significantly lower than the control group patients，and the difference was statistically significant(P, 百拇医药

2型糖尿病是影响我国中老年人身体健康的主要慢性疾病之一，其患病人数也随着近年来经济发展和生活习惯改变而逐年上升。2型糖尿病不仅直接影响患者的身体健康，还极大地限制了患者对于其他疾病的治疗，所以关于2型糖尿病的治疗一直是临床研究的热点。2型糖尿病的临床表现为血糖慢性升高，致病机制主要与胰岛素的合成和分泌障碍有关，治疗原则主要是直接为患者补充胰岛素[1-3]。传统的皮下注射胰岛素治疗与人体自身的胰岛素分泌特点不同，而近年来出现的胰岛素泵则能在一定程度上解决这一问题。本文以近一年来在我院接收的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。通过对照研究的方法，探讨胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病治疗中的应用效果，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(张向英 何庆) 第 1 2 页 下一页
