摘要：目的 比较老年股骨颈骨折患者通过全髋关节与半髋关节置换术治療后取得的临床成效。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年6月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者治疗方法为半髋关节置换术治疗，观察组患者应用全髋关节置换术治疗。针对两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果 两组比较平均手术时间、术中出血量及术后引流量方面，对照组各值明显低于观察组各值，两组差异明显，具有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药
 Comparison analysis of Total Hip Arthroplasty and Hemiarthroplasty for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Elderly

 Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of patients with femoral neck fractures in the elderly through total hip arthroplasty and hemiarthroplasty.Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with hemiarthroplasty and the patients in the observation group were treated with total hip arthroplasty.The mean operative time，intraoperative blood loss，postoperative drainage and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The comparison between the two groups the average operation time，blood loss and postoperative drainage during the operation，the control group was significantly lower than the observation group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P, 百拇医药(周安令) 第 1 2 页 下一页
