摘要：通过21例全离体肝肿瘤切除患者的手术，介绍全离体肝肿瘤切除所具备的条件是载体切除困难，肝功正常且余肝能维持患者的基本功能，手术方式和术中护理配合要点。

 Abstract：Through 21 cases of total resection of liver tumor in patients with surgery，to introduce all the isolated liver tumor resection with the conditions are difficult to remove the carrier，liver function and the remaining liver can maintain the basic functions of patients，surgical methods and intraoperative care with the main points.
