摘要：目的 总结门奇断流术中附加自体骨髓细胞移植治疗肝硬化的护理方法，以提高护理水平和治疗效果。方法 对30例门奇断流术中附加自体骨髓细胞移植的肝硬化患者进行有效的移植前护理，移植后护理，制订合理的护理计划，实施有效的护理措施。结果 门奇断流术中附加自体骨髓细胞移植的30例患者手术顺利进行，肝功能明显改善，病情好转出院。结论 有效的护理措施是脾切除门奇断流术中附加自体骨髓细胞移植治疗肝硬化患者的重要保障。
