摘要：目的 探讨应用注射用丹参多酚酸盐、甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法 将2014年1月～2016年9月西宁市第一人民医院收治的180例DPN患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组90例。两组患者均予以降血压、控制血糖等基础治疗，对照组在基础治疗的同时给予甲钴胺片，治疗组予以注射用丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺，疗程3 w，比较治疗前后两组患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CPR)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血浆粘度、血浆纤维蛋白原等水平变化，并比较治疗前后两组皮肤交感反应、肢体运动神经及感觉神经传导速度变化。结果 与治疗前比较，对照组上述血清学指标较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05)，治疗组血清NO升高(P, http://www.100md.com

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of salvianolate injection，clinical effect of mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From January 2014 to September 2016，180 patients with DPN were enrolled in the first people's hospital of Xining city.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，90 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given lower blood pressure，control of blood glucose and other basic treatment，the control group in the basic treatment at the same time to give mecobalamin tablets，patients in the treatment group were treated with salvianolate injection combined with Mecobalamin，treatment for 3 w，comparing the two groups before and after treatment of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CPR)，nitric oxide(NO))，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)，plasma viscosity，plasma fibrinogen level changes before and after treatment were compared in two sympathetic skin response group，limb motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity changes. 糖尿病周圍神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN)是糖尿病的微血管病变之一，已引起广泛的重视，慢性高血糖导致各种病理性改变，进而出现周围神经病变。DPN发生率随糖尿病病程延长而升高，DPN代表性的症状为肢体远端麻木疼痛，下肢病变重，感觉或(和)运动功能受到严重影响，导致患者生活质量下降。近年来，药物联合使用治疗DPN受到临床医师的重视，但是，丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺治疗DPN的报道较少，本研究的目的在于评估丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺治疗DPN临床疗效，为上述两种药物联合治疗DPN提供循证依据。, http://www.100md.com(邹冬梅) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
