 The Effect of Operation Time on Rehabilitation Effect of Open Appendectomy

 Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of surgical timing on the rehabilitation of patients with open appendectomy.Methods The clinical data of 186 cases of open appendectomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into group A，group B，group C，45 cases，89 cases，52 cases according to different time of onset，3 d，3～5 d and 6～9 d respectively.The incidence of complications was compared between the three groups，and the postoperative complications，the amount of bleeding，the postoperative exhaust time，the hospitalization time and the total cost were compared between the three groups；Results The incidence of postoperative complications of appendectomy in group A was 8.90%，significantly higher than that in group B 19.10%，C group 30.80%，compared with statistical difference(P, 百拇医药

 阑尾炎是因感染、饮食等因素作用下引起的急性炎症反应疾病，作为常见急腹症之一，起病急骤、进展快，对患者生命安全威胁较大，阑尾炎可划分为急性与慢性，入院后需早期提供手术切除治疗，保证患者生命安全[1-2]。本研究选择我院于2014年1月～2016年12月我院收治的186例开放式阑尾术患者，入院后均行常规开腹手术治疗，开腹手术作为创伤性治疗方法，对机体造成一定损伤，导致患者术后并发症可能性较高，而并发症的发生与手术時机密切相关，因此本次研究探讨不同手术时机对患者康复效果的影响，现将研究结果报道如下。

 1 资料与方法

 1.1 一般资料

 将2014年1月～2016年12月我院收治的186例开放式阑尾术患者临床资料，按照不同发病时间3 d内、3～5 d、6～9 d分别设为A组、B组、C组各45例、89例、52例。A组45例，男性18例，女性27例，平均年龄(41.3±6.2)岁，平均体重(51.5±4.7)kg，学历：小学20例、初中15例、高中10例；B组89例，男性45例，女性44例，平均年龄(41.4±6.4)岁，学历：小学47例、初中20例、高中22例，平均体重(51.6±4.6)kg；C组52例，男性22例，女性30例，平均年龄(41.7±6.3)岁；平均体重(51.4±4.5)kg，学历：小学21例、初中18例、高中13例。, 百拇医药(李代彬 薛仕珍) 第 1 2 页 下一页
