摘要：目的 采取循证护理模式降低剖宫产术后感染，缓解产妇的术后疼痛症状，降低由于术后感染带来的不良反应，改善产妇的剖宫产术后生活质量。方法 选取2012年2月～2016年2月入住我院的剖宫产分娩产妇134例，根据入院顺序将其随机分成对照组和观察组两组，每组各具有患者67例；对照组采用常规的护理方法，观察组在常规方法的基础上采用循证护理，并对两个组在剖宫产术后恢复中是否存在不良状况进行观察，包括感染率、疼痛情况，以及产妇的满意度。结果 观察组产妇产后不良反应率为12.40%，感染率为1.50%，对照组的不良反应率为23.10%，感染率为4.50%，比较差异具有统计学意义(P, http://www.100md.com

 Analysis on the effect of evidence - based nursing in reducing the infection after cesarean section

 Abstract：Objective To adopt evidence-based nursing mode to reduce the infection after cesarean section， maternal symptoms of pain relief after operation，reduce the adverse reaction of postoperative infection，improve maternal quality of life after cesarean section.Methods From February 2012 to February 2016 in our hospital cesarean delivery in 134 cases，according to the order of admission were randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups，each group with 67 patients；control group with routine nursing，the observation group based on the conventional methods using evidence-based nursing，and the two groups in postoperative recovery after cesarean section in adverse conditions were observed， including infection，pain，and maternal satisfaction.Results The observation group of postpartum adverse reaction rate was 12.40%，the infection rate was 1.50%，the control group adverse reaction rate was 23.10%，the infection rate was 4.50%，the difference was statistically significant(P, 百拇医药(胡民) 第 1 2 页 下一页
