摘要：目的 探討择期剖宫产和阴道分娩方式对产妇及其分娩的足月新生儿早期血糖的影响。方法 选择 2016年3月～2016年10月正常妊娠孕妇及分娩的足月新生儿 200例，产妇年龄(20～35岁)，孕周(37～42 w)，孕期血糖正常，无妊娠合并症；新生儿出生体重(2500～4000 g)，所有新生儿均无感染、胎粪吸入、新生儿窒息、无先天畸形及合并症，其中择期剖宫产组100例，阴道分娩组100例，测定分娩时产妇血糖及新生儿于出生后30 min内，未开奶前血糖值，进行回顾性分析。结果 择期剖宫产组产妇及新生儿低血糖发生率明显高于阴道分娩组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P, http://www.100md.com

 Effect of Delivery Mode on Early Blood Glucose in Full-term Neonates
