摘要：目的 观察左乙拉西坦(Levetiracetam，LEV)治疗儿童难治性癫痫综合征Lennox-Gastaut (LGS)的临床效果。方法 将诊断为LGS的患儿分为左乙拉西坦治疗组(20例)与丙戊酸钠对照组(20例)，治疗组患儿给予左乙拉西坦干预，对照组患儿给予丙戊酸钠干预，治疗8 w后比较治疗组与对照组的临床疗效。比较LEV组治疗前后患儿头颅磁共振波谱、脑电图棘慢波指數的变化，同时采用中国修订韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC-R)作为评定工具，对LEV组治疗前后儿童进行智力测试及评定。结果 左乙拉西坦治疗组临床有效率为60.00%(12/20)，丙戊酸钠对照组临床有效率为30.00%(6/20)，两组病例统计学比较有显著性差异(P, http://www.100md.com
