摘要：目的：对苦玄参的根、茎、叶、花进行薄层鉴别和含量测定研究,为进一步的应用研究提供科学依据。方法：采用薄层层析法对中苦玄参不同部位进行定性鉴别；采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对其不同部位进行含量测定。结果:TLC鉴别均表明：茎、叶、花的乙酸乙酯∶甲醇(5∶1)提取物的主斑点一致，提示根、茎、叶、花中所含部分成分有可能相同。含量测定结果显示苦玄参苷ⅠA在0.0242～0.1694μg/μl范围内线性良好。结论：广西龙州县苦玄参药材中苦玄参苷ⅠA在根、茎、叶花中的平均含量分别为0%，0.11%，1.63%，1.12%。
