摘要: 目的:探讨剖宫产术后应用硬膜外镇痛泵的临床疗效。方法:选择剖宫产术患者260 例,随机分为应用镇痛泵160例为观察组,100例不使用镇痛泵作为对照组,观 察两组术后镇痛情况及不良反应。结果:观察组的术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组,但也存 在一定的不良反应。结论:硬膜外镇痛泵镇痛效果确切,有利于产妇术后的恢复。

 Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effect of epidural analgesia pumpapplied to postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.Methods:260 cases ofcesarean section were randomly divided into two groups:one group was 160 cas es of patients with analgesia pump as the observation group, and the others was100 cases of non-use as the control group. The effect of analgesiaand the untoward reaction of the two groups were compared.
