摘要: 目的:观察硫酸镁治疗爆震性聋的临床疗效。方法:选择爆震性聋患者45例随机分为 两组,硫酸镁治疗组28例和糖皮质激素治疗组17例,两组分别给予硫酸镁和地塞米松治 疗7d,随访观察1个月。两组治疗前后均行纯音测听、听性脑干反应测听(ABR)检查,对 检查结果用SPSS11.0进行统计学分析。结果:治疗前后对比两组均存在显著差异,具有统计 学意义;治 疗前、治疗7d后两组之间对比无显著差异;随访1月两组间存在差异。结论:硫酸镁可有效 治疗爆震性聋,且远期疗效优于糖皮质激素。

Clinical observation of magensium sulfate on treating explosive deafness/SONGLi, GE Zhen-min, JIA Xiao-qing, et al.∥The 404th Hospital of PLA, Weihai 264 200, China
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of magensium sulfate intreatment of patients with explosive deafness. Methods: 45 cases were randomlyd ivided into two groups: magensium sulfate group (n=28) and glucocorticoid gr oup(n=17). The subjects had received magensium sulfate therapy in the magensiumsul fate group and dexamethasone therapy in the glucocorticoid group. The routine au diometric evaluation and ABR testing were performed and recorded pre-and pro-th erapy. The statistical analysis was carried out on the data obtained from two gr oups with SPSS 11.0. Results: There were stastistically significant differencesi n hearing threshold between pre-and pro-therapy in the same groups and no st ast istically significant differences between the two groups.
