[摘 要]

 目的 观察综合治疗的方法治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。

 方法 全部患者先行系统保守治疗，给予广谱抗生素，辅助负压吸引治疗，对于保守治疗2个月以上无效或效果不佳者,给予手术治疗。

 结果 保守治疗29例，行腺样体刮除术18例，5例术后经保守治疗无效再次行鼻内镜手术，鼻内镜手术6例。治愈21例(39.6%),好转23例(43.4%),无效9例(17.0%)。

 结论 儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者应首选保守治疗，保守治疗无效可采取手术治疗。

 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of a combined therapy on chronic sinusitis in children of 53 cases.

 Methods Firstly all patients were treated with medicine.After 2 months the patients of no effect were given operation.

 Result 21 cases were cured,23 were improved and 9 were ineffective.

 Conclusion Medicine is the best therapeutics on the chronic sinusitis in children,and if the medicine is of no effect,the operation can be used.
