[摘 要] 目的 探讨高龄患者髋部骨折的围术期护理要点。方法 回顾性总结2005年1月至2007年7月68例85岁以上髋部骨折手术患者的护理措施。结果 手术一般在伤后3～5天进行，平均住院21天，出院定期随访，患者骨折愈合良好。结论 高龄老人髋部骨折术前应加强心理护理、术前评估、并存疾病的处理和关节锻炼等；术后应加强病情观察、术后制动和固定，并发症的预防以及康复指导等。
