[摘要]精神疾病患者的外走行为给精神科病房管理造成了巨大安全隐患，可能会进一步导致社会危害以及引发医疗纠纷。然而患者外走行为受多种因素影响，需要制订各种防范措施，防患于未然。故本文对近年来国内外学者对精神疾病患者外走行为的发生现况、影响因素及干预措施等研究现状进行了总结，旨在为深入研究精神疾病患者外走行为的影响因素及干预方法等提供依据。
