[摘要]随着种植修复技术的日益成熟和广泛应用，缺牙患者不仅追求功能上的恢复，而且愈加注重美观上的重建，尤其对于上颌前牙区缺牙患者。然而，美学区骨量的多少及质量严重影响着种植体能否成功植入牙槽骨及其长期功能的行使、美学效果等。本文就1例上颌牙槽骨缺损、创伤性牙齿脱落(14～22缺失)的病例，行螺钉支撑下植骨、延期种植义齿修复。
