[摘要]目的 探討补佳乐联合维生素E对绝经后子宫脱垂术前阴道壁情况的改善效果。方法 选取60例我院2014年3月～2016年9月期间收治的绝经后子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。其中30例患者直接行子宫脱垂术(阴式子宫切除术+阴道前后壁修补术)治疗作为对照组，另30例患者术前应用补佳乐联合维生素E治疗，再行子宫脱垂术治疗作为观察组。观察两组患者阴道内条件、治疗情况、并发症情况以及生活质量情况等。结果 治疗前两组患者MI、KI、阴道黏膜厚度、FSH以及E2水平及VHS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后观察组上述指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；观察组治疗前后所有指标差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)；但手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；术后1、3个月，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，the difference was statistically significant between two groups after treatment (P0.05)；there were significant differences in observation group before and after treatment for all indexes (P0.05).After 1 week of the operation，there was no significant difference in the life quality for patients in two groups (P>0.05).After 1，3 months of the operation，the life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant (P(高海燕) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
