[摘要]目的 探讨Embosphere微球栓塞治疗结肠癌肝转移的临床效果。方法 对我院2014年10月～2016年8月采用微球栓塞治疗的40例结肠癌肝转移患者(研究组)的临床资料和效果进行回顾性分析，并与同期接受碘化油栓塞治疗的55例结肠癌肝转移患者(对照组)进行比较，比较两组的不良反应发生率及近期疗效。结果 研究组的疾病缓解率和疾病控制率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 Embosphere微球栓塞治疗结肠癌肝转移的近期疗效确切，具有较好的临床应用价值。
