[摘要]血-脑脊液屏障是维持中枢神经系统稳定的关键因素。内皮细胞小窝蛋白(caveolins)的重要标志物小窝蛋白-1(caveolin-1)在血-脑脊液屏障中扮演重要角色。caveolin-1参与了血-脑脊液屏障受外界侵略和信号转导的过程。目前对caveolin-1的研究仍然较少，本次的回顾性研究认为caveolin-1对血-脑脊液屏障以及中枢神经系统疾病都具有非常重要的意义。
