[摘要]目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周基础治疗对侵袭性牙周炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选取本院2016年11月～2017年11月收治的64例患有侵袭性牙周炎患者，按随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组，每组32例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗，观察组给予盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周基础治疗。比较两组的临床效果及治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的总有效率(90.63%)明显高于对照组(68.76%)(P0.05)。结论 盐酸米诺环素辅助牙周炎基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床效果显著，无明显不良反应，安全性好，值得临床推广。
