[摘要]目的 探讨分析体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中男方精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)对囊胚发育的影响。方法 选取本中心2017年1～12月收治的579例进行囊胚培养的IVF周期作为研究对象，按照男方DFI检测值分为低DFI组(DFI0.05)。结论 DFI低于20%时进行囊胚培养能获得更多的囊胚，但是在可用囊胚率及优质囊胚率上却不能带来明显的提高。
