[摘要]目的 建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定解郁安神颗粒中栀子苷含量的方法。方法 采用Thermo C18色谱柱，以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相，检测波长为236 nm，柱温为室温25℃。结果 栀子苷在20.26～67.52 μg/ml范围内，线性方程为A=14.357C+6.4276(r=0.9996)，栀子苷平均回收率为99.87%，RSD为0.49%，精密度和稳定性的RSD分别为1.56%和1.58%。测定3批解郁安神颗粒，平均含量为6.78 mg/袋，RSD为1.41%。结论 该法准确性高、专属性强，可以作为栀子苷含量检测的有效方法。

 [Abstract] Objective To establish the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of Geniposide in Jieyu Anshen Granules. Methods The HPLC was carried out with Thermo C18 using acetonitrile-water (15：85) as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 236 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Rseults The linear equation of Geniposide was A=14.357C+6.4276 (r=0.9996) in the range of 20.26-67.52 μg/ml. The average recovery of geniposide was 99.87% (RSD=0.49%).
