[摘要]血小板减少是临床最常见的引起出血的原因，血小板减少可能由許多不同潜在的疾病引起，多见于血液系统性疾病、药物相关性血小板减少及各种疾病导致的血小板减少，也可见于各种原因导致的假性减少。因此，这种血液学异常的诊断对医师来说可能具有挑战性。正确认识何种原因所引起的血小板减少及其机制，对于临床诊断具有重要意义。本文针对临床常见各种可能性原因引起的血小板减少症及其机制进行综述，以期为临床诊断提供参考。

 [Abstract] Thrombocytopenia is the most common cause of bleeding in clinic. Thrombocytopenia may be caused by many different underlying diseases， and are common in hematological diseases， drug-related thrombocytopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by various diseases， but also can be seen in various causes of pseudo-reduction. Therefore， the diagnosis of this hematological abnormality may be challenging for the physicians. Correct understanding of the causes of thrombocytopenia and its mechanism has an important significance for clinical diagnosis. This article reviews the common thrombocytopenia caused by various common clinical causes and its mechanism， so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.
