[摘要]子宫内膜息肉发生在子宫内膜表面，由于子宫内膜过度增生而形成的突出于宫腔内有蒂或无蒂的新生物。在女性中发病率为较高，可增加不孕率。大部分子宫内膜息肉属于良性病变，少部分可恶变向子宫内膜癌发展。宫腔镜是主要的诊断与治疗的方法，而切除术后复发是该病的一个难题。本文就宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉中诊断、治疗、术后复发及预防等相关进展进行综述。
