[摘要]近年来医患纠纷的发生率逐年上升，而神经外科因其专科性强、病情变化迅速等特点成为医患纠纷的高发区，通过中国医师协会对医患纠纷和不良事件的调查发现，大多数的医患纠纷是因医患沟通不足而引起。笔者结合近十年的神经外科工作经历，从医患角度出发，分析当下神经外科医患沟通的现状，总结医患沟通过程中的相关技巧及如何处理临床工作中的医患摩擦，对提高医患沟通、避免医患纠纷有着积极的意义。
