[摘要]目的 探討分析成人骨性Ⅱ类成人错 不同垂直骨面型患者切牙代偿情况的差异，为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法 选取2015年1月～2018年1月我院收治的105例成人骨性Ⅱ类错 患者作为研究对象，所有患者治疗前进行头颅侧位片拍摄，并按颅底平面和下颌平面夹角(SN/MP角)将患者分为高角组(n=23)、均角组(n=47)、低角组(n=35)三种不同的垂直骨面型，将成人骨性Ⅱ类错 患者与正常 的头影测量结果比较，并分析各组切牙倾斜度指标的差异。结果 成人骨性Ⅱ类错 患者的下颌中切牙与下颌平面交角(L1/MP)、下颌中切牙与NB平面交角(L1/NB)高于正常 ，上下颌的中切牙夹角(U1/L1)则低于正常 ，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在上切牙唇倾度方面，高角组的上颌中切牙与颅底平面夹角(U1/SN)低于低角组，上颌中切牙与上颌平面交角(U1/PP)高于低角组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05).
