[摘要]目的 探讨应用宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果及预后情况。方法 选取2016年6月-2017年6月我院收治的78例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例。观察组患者行宫腔镜下息肉电切术，对照组患者采用宫腔镜检查加刮除术。比较两组患者的治疗情况、并发症总发生率、术后1年预后情况及妊娠情况。结果 两组的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均无感染或大出血发生，观察组的术后并发症总发生率为5.13%，低于对照组的23.08%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗，可有效降低术后并发症发生率及复发率，且预后较好，值得推广。

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect and prognosis of hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 78 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects， they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 39 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy， while those in the control group underwent hysteroscopy and curettage. The treatment， total incidence of complications， 1 year prognosis and pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time， introperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time between the two groups (P>0.05). There were no infection or hemorrhage in the two groups， the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%， which was lower than 23.08% in the control group， the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrotomy of endometrial polyps can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate， and the prognosis is good， which is worthy of promotion.

 子宮内膜息肉是发生于子宫内膜基底层的局灶性良性病变，可发生于生育期及以后各年龄段的女性[1-2]。尽管子宫内膜息肉是良性病变，但由于其经常导致患者月经异常、白带增多、腹痛等症状，甚至存在一定的癌变风险，临床确诊后多以切除为主要治疗方式[3-5]。传统治疗子宫内膜息肉的方法为刮宫术，但因内膜漏刮率较高、破碎息肉组织造成病理诊断困难等弊端，限制了其临床应用[6]。近年来，随着科技的进步，宫腔镜技术在我国逐步开展起来，其凭借着微创、直观的优势，在宫腔病变的诊断和治疗中已被广泛应用[7]。为了进一步探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果及预后情况，本研究选取78例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象进行观察和比较，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(王艳 徐志红 王霞) 第 1 2 3 页 下一页
