[摘要]目的 探析质子泵抑制剂(PPI)联合胃黏膜保护剂与胃肠动力药对消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2017年10月～2018年9月在我院门诊接受治疗的94例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组各47例。对照组采用PPI治疗，观察组的治疗方案为PPI+胃黏膜保护剂+胃肠动力药，比较两种治疗方案的临床效果、症状缓解时间及用药安全性。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 在消化性溃疡的临床治疗上，采用PPI+胃黏膜保护剂+胃肠动力药的治疗方案兼具有效性和安全性，可缩短患者的症状缓解时间，值得进一步推广应用。

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) combined with gastric mucosal protective agent and gastrointestinal motility drugs for peptic ulcer. Methods Ninety-four patients with peptic ulcer who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups， with 47 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with PPI. In the observation， they were provided with PPI + gastric mucosal protective agent + gastrointestinal motility drugs. The clinical effect， symptom relief time and medication safety of the two therapeutic regimens were compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer， the therapeutic regimen of PPI + gastric mucosal protective agent + gastrointestinal motility drugs has both effectiveness and safety， which can shorten patients′ symptom relief time， and is worthy of further promotion and application.

 消化性潰疡是临床上发病率较高的消化系统疾病，临床上主要表现为上腹部疼痛、反酸、嗳气、恶心呕吐等症状，病症严重者，甚至会并发上消化道出血、穿孔等。质子泵抑制剂(PPI)在消化性溃疡的治疗上应用较为广泛，可以快速、有效地抑制胃酸分泌，清除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)，达到治愈溃疡的治疗效果[1-3]。但单用PPI仍然难以在短时间内达到理想的治疗效果，本研究提出在PPI的基础上增加胃黏膜保护剂和胃肠动力药，为探究三种药物联合的治疗效果，本研究选取94例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，现报道如下。

 1资料与方法

 1.1一般资料

 选取2017年10月～2018年9月在我院门诊接受治疗的94例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组各47例。纳入标准：①所有患者均接受胃镜检查，确诊为消化性溃疡，Hp阴性[4-6];②所有患者入组前均未接受过抗Hp治疗;③对本研究中使用的治疗药物无禁忌证或过敏史;④所有患者均为自愿参与。排除标准：①有胃及十二指肠部位手术史;②合并恶性肿瘤;③入组前1个月接受过铋剂、非甾体类抗炎药物治疗;④合并严重的肝肾功能障碍;⑤妊娠期或哺乳期女性，或依从性差，无法配合完成1个月的治疗疗程[7-9]。本研究已经医院医学伦理委员会批准。, http://www.100md.com(计敏 蓝显明 杨琪凌 李仁祥) 第 1 2 页 下一页
