[摘要]强直性脊柱炎(AS)颈椎骨折脱位作为一种人体所受到的较为严重的损伤，目前采取手术治疗的方式，达到恢复脊柱的稳定性以及减少患者脊髓受压力的目的。其中，单纯前路固定手术、单纯后路固定手术以及前后路联合入路固定手术是主要方式，能有效提高患者脊柱的稳定性。本文通过探究AS颈椎骨折脱位手术方式选择的研究进展，分析三种主要手术方式的优缺点及适用情况，进而为AS颈椎骨折脱位患者的手术治疗提供合理的治疗方式。
